About Me

I am a twenty-six-year-old man who has cerebral palsy and enjoys writing. I am the co-founder and editor of Formula One Vault, in its fourth year, I hope the site is growing and plan to use this site to try and cover other topics which interest me.

I studied a short course in journalism at Bath College in 2014, this helped me to develop my writing and reporting skills. My qualifications are in business and IT. I have no formal training in journalism, but follow media law.

Very interested in equality and diversity, from disability, LGBT and women’s rights. Things written on here do not represent those of The Labour Party, Manvers Street Baptist Church, Baptist Union of Great Britain or editorial decisions made by Formula One Vault, as well as other organisations I work with.

I have reported for organisations I have worked with, currently one of the reporters for my church magazine. I have interviewed a number of people to tell their stories, from nurses to outreach workers.

I am a keen follower of political news and current affairs, in a time of Donald Trump’s White House, there has never been such a fascinating time to be a journalist or news geek. I have followed global affairs for the past seven years and find the way our world works fascinating.

Everyone’s got a story, and I love to hear them, wheather you are a president or a cab driver, waiter,

Komla Dumor, BBC News, 1972 – 2014

I want to invest more time in my reporting and telling true moving stories which aren’t being told. I need to take my F1 stuff first but looking at setting aside more non-race weekends to create other content to build my own portfolio. I am not committing to bring content every week or month because I believe in quality not the quantity of content.
